About these terms
These terms apply to every purchase made on asanticards.com, which is run by ASA NTI, Accra, Ghana. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. Questions? Email hello@asanticards.com.
Products and prices
- Prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GH₵). Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
- We take care to show products accurately. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the printed product.
- If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
- Your order is confirmed when your payment succeeds and we send you an order confirmation email.
- We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
- You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched — email hello@asanticards.com with your order reference.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Paystack in Ghana cedis. We never see or store your card or mobile money details. Your bank may charge its own fees for international payments.
Delivery
- Within Ghana: Standard (3–5 business days) or Express (1–2 business days).
- Outside Ghana: Diaspora shipping (7–14 business days).
- Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and are not guaranteed.
- Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
- For orders outside Ghana, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country are your responsibility.

Our artwork and game
The ASA NTI name, logo, card artwork, rules, photographs and website content belong to ASA NTI. Buying the game gives you the right to play and enjoy it, but not to copy, print, sell or reproduce the cards, artwork or rules, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
Reviews and content you send us
When you send a review, photo or video and give us permission to publish it, you allow us to show it on our website and social media pages. We may shorten it or choose not to publish it, and we will remove it if you ask.
Our responsibility to you
If something goes wrong with your order, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law in Ghana or in your own country.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana will deal with any dispute. If you live outside Ghana, you also keep any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of your country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
