Who we are
ASA NTI (“we”, “us”) makes the ASA NTI card game and runs this website, asanticards.com. We are based in Accra, Ghana. If you have any question about your information, email us at hello@asanticards.com.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and country, the items you buy, your shipping method and your order reference.
- Payments: you pay through Paystack. Your card or mobile money details go directly to Paystack and never reach us — we only receive the payment status and reference.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Reviews: your name, city, email address, rating, review and any video link you add. We only publish your review, first name and city if you give permission; your email is never published.
- On your device: your shopping cart and your cookie choice are saved in your browser so they are still there when you come back.
- Advertising cookies (only if you accept): the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel record pages you visit and shopping actions such as adding to cart, starting checkout and completing a purchase (with the order value and products). See Cookies below.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order, and to send your order confirmation.
- To reply to your messages and reviews.
- To send our newsletter — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the website secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
- With your consent, to measure our adverts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and show ASA NTI ads to people likely to be interested.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
If you are in the UK or the European Union, we rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you (orders), your consent (newsletter, advertising cookies, published reviews), our legitimate interests (security, customer service) and legal obligations (records).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the shop, and only as much as they need:
- Paystack — payment processing
- Supabase — our order and customer database
- Railway — the server that runs our checkout
- Resend — sending order and contact emails
- Our website host — serving this website
- Google Fonts — the website's fonts are loaded from Google, which receives your IP address
- Meta and TikTok — only if you accept advertising cookies
- Delivery partners — your name, phone number and address, to deliver your order
Some of these providers store data outside Ghana. Where they do, we use reputable providers that protect personal data to a standard similar to Ghanaian law.
How long we keep it
- Orders: for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Messages and reviews: for as long as we need them to respond, and published reviews until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing, and you can withdraw any consent you have given. Email hello@asanticards.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana, or — if you live in the UK or EU — to your local data protection authority (for example, the ICO in the UK).
Cookies
Essential storage keeps your cart and remembers your cookie choice. It is always on, because the shop does not work without it.
Advertising cookies — the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel — are off until you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you choose “Decline”, they never load. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Children
ASA NTI is designed for ages 12 and up, but purchases should be made by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Our website and checkout use encrypted (HTTPS) connections, payments are handled entirely by Paystack, and access to customer data is restricted to the people who need it to run the shop.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
