Asante Kingdom
The ASA NTI Card Game is a creative work inspired by elements of the Asante Kingdom. It draws from selected systems, stories, symbols, and personalities associated with the Kingdom to shape its gameplay and visual identity.
Symbols of Power
There are three main suits — AHENNIE (Gold), BAMMƆ (Red), and AHABAN ANIWA (Green) — plus a powerful fourth suit featuring the Golden Stool and Okomfo, each carrying distinct rank and special abilities.
The symbol of Kingship. Representing sovereignty, authority, and the noble tradition of Asante leadership.
The shield of the people. Embodying strength, vigilance, and the warrior spirit of the Asante Kingdom.
Eye of the Leaf — the potency, health, and vitality found in nature and the wisdom of the land.
Gameplay at a Glance
Win the fifth and final trick of each hand to score points. The winner becomes dealer for the next hand. Play as many hands as you like.
2–4 players. 36 cards are used per game from a 48-card deck — three standard suits plus a special fourth suit with just 3 cards.
The Golden Stool reigns supreme. The Okomfo can form a Force King when paired with any suit card (except Nana or the Golden Stool). The Queen Mother plays on any suit.
Follow the led suit if you can. The highest card of the led suit wins the trick. Play five tricks per hand — only the final trick scores points.
